Senior Quantity Surveyor – Swansea | Permanent

Location: Swansea
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + package

Pro Staff Construction are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join an established contractor's commercial team in Swansea.

The successful candidate will manage project budgets, CVRs, valuations, cashflows, payment applications, subcontractor accounts and commercial reporting across multiple residential developments.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' residential new build experience
Strong cashflow and CVR knowledge
Estimating experience advantageous
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Excellent communication and IT skills
